By combining independent auditing, environmental certifications and clear product information, we make sure our supply chain is responsible, transparent and sustainable.
Assessing our suppliers
To ensure our suppliers meet the highest standards, we work with Sedex, an independent body that audits our factories and supply chain practices. This independent assessment provides us with valuable insight into the social and environmental performance of our key suppliers and recommendations for improvement.
Certified as standard
Every factory that manufactures our flooring is certified to ISO 14001 and ISO 9001 environmental standards, demonstrating a systematic commitment to managing and reducing environmental impact.
Environmental Product Declarations
We also provide product-specific EPDs for clear insight into the environmental impact of each of our product ranges and formats. This approach aligns with global standards and supports sustainable building practices, contributing to GreenStar ratings.
The Anti-Greenwash Charter
Honesty and credibility matter. Which is why we signed the Anti-Greenwash Charter. We are proud to be the first flooring business to do so. We promise to avoid misleading language, back up our claims with proof and communicate openly so our sustainability claims can be trusted to be honest, transparent and evidence based.
Green Claims Policy
Our Green Claims Policy reinforces this approach. We promise that any environmental or sustainability claims we make are accurate and supported by reliable data. This policy complements our broader commitments to supply chain transparency, responsible manufacturing and verified environmental performance.
