Korlok vinyl plank and tile sizes – Korlok stone-look vinyl tiles are available in a standard 457.0 x 600.0mm format, while wood-look vinyl planks measure 1420.0 x 225.0mm. Additionally, our three exclusive Korlok Breccia marble designs come in an expanded tile format of 457mm x 935mm, offering a premium aesthetic ideal for high-end commercial and residential interiors. Korlok’s total thickness is 6.5mm, including a 0.55mm wear layer, ensuring durability while allowing seamless transitions between adjacent flooring types such as tiled wet areas or carpeted zones for a refined, cohesive finish.

Packaging Details for Korlok LVT – Korlok vinyl stone tile designs are available in packaging covering 2.742m² / 2.564m² per box, with 10 / 6 tiles per box, while the wood plank designs cover 3.195m² per box, containing 10 planks. The 5G® Click Locking Mechanism – The 5G® click-locking mechanism, developed by Välinge Innovation AB, is integrated into Korlok LVT flooring to enable a streamlined, secure installation. To ensure a seamless installation and premium finish, Korlok offers a range of colour-coordinated 5G® accessories, including scotia, stair nosing, and edge trims. These accessories are designed for both residential and commercial applications, featuring custom elements such as tapered base plates for compatibility with inbuilt acoustic backing. We recommend undercutting skirting boards to conceal the required 5mm expansion gap, ensuring a professional, polished installation. To complete the proper installation of your Korlok floor, we recommend laying it underneath skirting boards (this is called undercutting) to conceal the necessary 5mm expansion gap required for rigid core planks and tiles to expand and contract with seasonal temperature changes, opting for a premium finish.

Yes. A 5mm expansion gap should be maintained around the perimeter and fixed objects to allow for natural expansion and contraction. Skirting boards should be undercut or removed, and door frames should either be undercut or have an expansion gap left, covered with a suitable trim.
