Gender equality and leadership
We publish our Gender Pay Gap report annually and continue to see more women in upper and middle management positions. Bonus pay gaps have been significantly reduced, reflecting our ongoing commitment to fairness across all levels of the business
Supporting disability and accessibility
We have attained Disability Confident Committed status and are working towards becoming a Disability Confident Employer. We provide reasonable adjustments for interviews and work to ensure people with disabilities are supported and included across our activities.
Armed Forces and community partnerships
We are a Silver member of the Armed Forces Covenant, supporting those who have served and continue to contribute to social value through recruitment. We actively partner with PeoplePlus and participate in the Social Recruitment Advocacy Group to strengthen our community impact.
Charitable work
We support local and national charities through volunteering and donations. As our charity of the year for 2025, our partnership with Shelter includes a range of fundraising activities to raise £25,000 for the UK’s largest housing justice and homelessness charity.
Knowledge sharing
We offer Continuing Professional Development (CPD) training to raise awareness of how design can improve the accessibility of indoor spaces and support neurodiversity and inclusion.
