From memory-foam beds to 50-inch smart TVs in the individually decorated guestrooms, the Berkeley Hotel in Denver offers guests an upscale boutique experience. But architect firm Meridian 105 selected Washed Butternut LVP from Karndean for more than its high-end aesthetic.
